Jeremy Bramwell, AACI, P.App., RI 

President, Vancouver Team Leader

Jeremy Bramwell has completed Depreciation Reports throughout the Lower Mainland, northern BC and Vancouver Island since 2011. Jeremy was a former Board Member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada’s (REIC) Vancouver Chapter and the Chair of the CRP Task Force in BC. Mr. Bramwell has authored articles on Depreciation Reports for CHOA, REIC, and VISOA, lectured at CHMC, and written Depreciation Report valuation theory for UBC. He is one of the most respected experts on Depreciation Reports in BC.

Cal Cosh, CRA

Vernon Office Team Leader

Cal is focused on the Shuswap, Columbia, and Okanagan areas of British Columbia and has been appraising properties throughout these areas since 2006. These appraisal assignments have included a very wide range of properties, many throughout the North Shuswap, including units in various strata and cooperative developments. Cal is an Associate with the Strata Reserve Planners and operates an Appraisal firm based in Salmon Arm.

Gino Biamonte, MBA, AACI, P.App.

Lower Mainland

Gino is focused on the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. His career in real estate began in 1994 as a commercial appraiser, then expanded to include complex real estate developments worldwide. Gino has a clear understanding of building systems and has been part of the Strata Reserve Planning team since 2023.

Ali Barani, CRA

Lower Mainland

Ali is focused on the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. His career in real estate started in 2004 as a Building Inspector for Accurate Home Inspection, later becoming an appraiser. Since late 2018, Ali has been working on the Strata Reserve Planning team complting many Depreciation Reports.

Chris Bramwell, Trainee, Researcher

Chris has been a Researcher and Trainee with Strata Reserve Planning since 2024. Chris is focused on the Lower Mainland area of British Columbia. His construction background gives him expertise across a wide range of property types. He is working to obtain his CRP from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Sepideh Bassirat, BArchSc (Bach. Architectural Engineering), AIC Candidate

Lower Mainland

Sepideh is focused on the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley and provides support in the Okanagan. After completing her Bachelor's in Architectural Engineering in 2011, she worked in engineering and costing until 2020. After shifting to valuation in 2022, she has worked to bring together her skill sets. Sepideh is the latest member of the Strata Reserve Planning team.
